About

An independent CPA who speaks fund fluently.

I built CPA Galaxy to give fund managers senior-level accounting expertise without the layers, hand-offs, and fee overages of a large firm.

My background

11+ years, Big 4 roots, fund-focused.

I'm a licensed CPA with more than eleven years in public accounting, including Big 4 experience. I've spent my career deep in investment fund accounting — the schedules, the allocations, the audit cycles, and the standards that govern them.

My technical home is ASC 946 (Investment Companies), ASC 820 (Fair Value Measurement), and ASC 815 (Hedge Accounting), applied across SPV, Master-Feeder, Cayman / BVI, and US fund structures. I work within PCAOB and AICPA standards, so what I hand your auditors is built to hold up.

More recently, I've focused on one of the hardest frontiers in the field: digital asset valuation — building blockchain-verified, audit-defensible infrastructure for crypto and digital asset funds.

How I work

Partnership over transaction

I aim to be the steady north star behind your operation — a trusted partner who keeps your fund on course, not another vendor you have to manage.

Direct access

You talk to me — the person doing the work — not an account manager relaying messages to junior staff.

Clear communication

I translate between accountants, auditors, and investors so everyone works from the same, accurate picture.

Fewer non-billable hours

Clean, audit-ready data upfront means less back-and-forth, fewer pass-backs, and lower total cost.

Let's see if we're a fit.

A short conversation is the best way to know. No pitch, no pressure — just a look at your structure and where I can add value.
